Methinks WWc could use a "News" or "Development Discussion" forum at the top of its forums at the moment to help spur redevelopment discussions there and sort out any outstanding issues on set-up. I understand the "Feedback" forum being placed near to the bottom of the forum set, but that just makes the board look a little static considering most forums haven't been posted in since 2007.
