My MAX-D Secret Strike won,t presurrize when I pump it.
the pump feels very loose.

Any leaks? What happens to the level of the water in the reservoir? Does the force on the pump increase for even a couple of strokes (it should usually increase until you're finished pumping)?

Maybe your pump shaft is broken. This happened to my max d 5000. It felt very loose after it broke.

I found the problem there was a rubber piece missing on the pump.
I wrapped rubber bands around the pump. So it works but not as good as it use to.
