For those water warriors in the Netherlands, this just looks *SCHWEEET*!

Wish I could read more of the pages, but the videos they have are amusing/funny/slick! I know I'd join if I could!

What is it exactly? Some sort of street wars type game crossed with elimination or is it some manhunt where everyones after one person?

I think it's street wars: That's where everyone who participates gets info on another participant until they kill them or are kill by the person going after them. When you assassinate someone, you takes over the hunt for who they were trying to assassinate. Last one standing wins.
Water Warrior for three summers and counting.
Was captain of a team, but team disbanded due to lack of interest.
Still love soakers.
SOAK AND DESTROY = BEST GAME EVER
