The Flooders have had their first 1v1v1 of the season.
Myself: CPS 1000, later one of Bob's Flash Floods
Bob: (actual name censored as per request): CPS 1500
Neighbour: Huge Pump-Action blaster
The battle was supposed to be a farewell to departing member of the Flash Flooders, Tick Tock.
Tick Tock missed his own farewell soakfest. How unfortunate.
Basically, all that happened was that the neighbour, who insisted on joining our "little squirt guns fight" chased Bob and I around the neighbourhood. The neighbour didn't care at all about getting wet, so it was no fun. He never ran out of pressure, either, because he kept pumping while shooting. His weakness was that his soaker had a five foot range, if even, but it didn't matter. I've still got some growing to do, and the neighbour was a full-grown man, so he could chase myself and Bob and stay in range of us. WE kept running out of pressure, no matter how much tap-shooting we did. At the end, the neighbour was more wet than us, but he won, easily, because he had ten times as many hits on us than we had on him.
Conclusion:
A strong CPS is useless against a blaster that never runs out of pressure.
Some people pray to God. God prays to Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris prays to steelboot.
