Water Warfare: Teams Forum | Please Read

Postby isoaker on Wed Mar 12, 2008 8:04 am

The Water Warfare: Teams forum is meant to contain the bulk of water warfare team-related information here at iSoaker.net. This forum is replacing the iSoaker.com Registry section.

Presently, this forum is under testing phase. If it proves useful, it'll be kept. It is shows some use, but nothing substantial, this forum's content can be simply merged with the "Water Warfare" forum. However, if this forum proves to be even more popular than first envisioned, it can also be expanded. I plan on giving this particular forum at least 2 years to see how things go.

--------------------------------------------------
General Forum Rules:
- please try to keep threads in this forum Team-related; as well, please try to post Team-related topics in this forum as opposed to other ones
- for Team leaders, if you wish, please start a thread that contains a description of your water warfare team. Include things like general location (no specific addresses, though), size of team, approximate ages of members, etc. Avoid posting any information you would not wish to share with the public as this forum is viewable to guests. Team description threads will be "stickied"
- battle plans, reports, team tips & tactics, photos of your team on or off the field, etc. are all welcome for posting here
- be weary of posting satellite images and/or maps of areas close to home that gives away more information than you are comfortable with others knowing about you

--------------------------------------------------

If you have any other comments or concerns about this forum, please let me know.

I should note that while I understand some team leaders' desires to put up email contact info, I definitely recommend either linking to a members' email link, changing the email text (i.e. from person@site.com to person(at)site[dot]com ), or posting the email address as an image. This will help prevent annoying spambots from harvesting your email address.
