This is awesome. I can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with. I'm going to go through my old notebook and dig up some concepts I came up with a few years back for some ideas.

@C-A_99: Good job! The CPS 1337, huh? I like it! Nice minimalistic design and it looks like you had fun putting together the back-panel-soaker-description layout.

Looking very good, my friend. 1337... interesting choice, where does that number come from?
I like that you used just a simple drawing program, yet you worked enough to make that not apparent and looking great. I lack any artistic talent so am impressed easily, but here, you have certainly earned it. It appears that the companies could really learn more if they all became as active in the fansites in a way similar to Big Bee..., contests like this are a supreme example of just why.

The gradients and basic patterns were done in photoshop, while the rest was arranged in paint. (including the stream effects, done with the airbrush) Still has that big, pixelated feel and lacks anti-aliasing and a more professional appearance, which I apologize for. From what I'm seeing, the reservoir has a very bulky feel, but I wanted the extra capacity. Seems like internals will also be tightly packed but I know for sure that there's a way to do them.

1337... I guess that can best be explained by this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L33t ; This would also explain why I labeled it "Constant Pwnage System".

Now, awaiting the rest of the entries. If a lot of the others were working on this, I still wouldn't be surprised to see something better. Hopefully no one steals my quick-fill valve ideas though. (well, eventually, someone could probably design a better method) Also, I didn't specify a trigger valve, but since I don't really need to... =)

Now, the colors. I didn't want the blaster to break someone's cover while they're behind a tree, so I tried to create a more subtle, dark green and blue appearance. Hopefully the hybrid between the bright plastic toy appearance and the subtle, camo-like appearance blended well. An example here is the red nozzles I used. I intentionally avoided the bright blaze red and went for a darker feel, which still serves it's purpose of being red, but won't stick out. Unfortuantely, the bottom, white portion appears rather bright. This was intended to be specular lighting, but turned out a bit too bright IMO.

Oh yeah, thanks for the feedback.

Edit: One real regret I have, the fact that I forgot to put "Do not shoot at eyes or face" warning.

On another note, I never depicted the strap, but you'll see that the hooks are still there. Perhaps I should've depicted the strap, but I just left it alone after the hooks. Didn't type part of the description too well either. "It's no non-sense straightforward design as well as ease of use and ergonomical design is designed to let you drench..."

Well, hopefully my pointing out of my own mistakes I overlooked isn't going against me too much...
