Good start!

Initial comments: you seem to have access to some image programs. Your title graphic is a little low in resolution, plus it is being stretched from its original size which isn't handled too well by browsers.

Looks like you put some time and energy into your review and articles. Good stuff! However, your internal navigation scheme I find a little non-intuitive. The subsections for your main sections (i.e. Reviews or Tech) are on the right side, but appear small. You might want to highlight them more or make it more obvious that they are the additional pages people can browse.

I also noticed you put some links that you haven't created pages for, yet (i.e. War Stories and Tactics). I'd recommend avoiding putting up links until you really have content. It's better to avoid sending visitors to a 404 page-not-found page as opposed to not offering the choice.

Lastly, you've got a bunch of various spelling mistakes throughout the site. Spelling/grammar problems detract from the value of online postings, IMO.

Overall, it's a great start! Keep up its development!

Thanks for the tips, I'm changing up right now.
EDIT:
Ok, made the logo text higher resolution. (BTW I used windows paint for the logo, but now I have gimp, so expect a better logo soon!)

Fixed that problem with the secondary navigation bar.
Put up a war story, and coming soon notices for tactics and traps.
