TOOLS NEEDED

• a knife
• a plastic bottle used for drinks (Do NOT use bottles which once contained toxic or hazardous materials. They still may have some residue!)

A 2-liter soda bottle makes a great funnel. The mouth will fit nicely inside the fill hole for the backpack. Just cut the bottom off of it using a sharp knife. Be careful not to cut oneself on the knife or any sharp edges. (The fastest way to fill with this is to stick the funnel right up under a shower head.)

Note from iSoaker.com: This also works with virtually any other plastic bottle. One just needs to ensure that the cut edges are not left sharp. Sharp edges can be softened using fine sandpaper.
