Performance Overview.
Wow! This has to be one
of the most powerful XPs I've ever seen... Being not quite as heavy as
it's predecessor, the XP 150, the power of this gun on the largest setting
is capable of making a good kickback. The lower nozzles help span out the
firing time decently, while the largest setting is capable of keeping up
with larger CPS class soakers. The range is pretty good too.
Structural Overview.
Aside from all the power,
the gun is pretty much just pieced together. I had to return my 1st 310
to the store because it was defective, and many reports over the internet
have risen about the masses of broken 310s... Aside from that, she feels
very sturdy, although it's a bit too long to fill at a kitchen sink. :P
The akward styled pump is effective, and can be gripped well enough to
feel like older guns (although be careful where your fingers are, hitting
the barrel of the gun doesn't feel very good.). Doesn't make the best of
use of it's capacity, as the 310 has 2 little trenches on either side of
the Intake hole, and some water gets stuck there as the tank drains. The
pressure guage makes it easy to tell how much pumping you have left, but
it's hardly any pumping worth mentioning at all, being 8-12 pumps per full
charge, quite an impressive Number...
Basic Overview.
If you're looking for a
large XP and not a CPS, for XP only fights or whatever, I highly reccommend
this gun. I've usually been a booster for CPSs, but this is a very impressive
XP... It's a little too big/long to use as a sidearm, but for a Main weapon
against XPs or even some CPSs, this is a great weapon. The first time I
shot it I was shocked at the power it had, and it's fully capable of getting
a good drench on... Not exactly what eveyone expects when they hear the
letters "XP"...
Expect the Unexpected.
