Performance Overview.
Performance is on par with the general Classic weapon, but has decent range and ability. This is pretty much what the original could do on a good day..

Structural Overview.
Feels somewhat sturdier than the original 50, but Smaller as well... There doesn't appear to be any change in how quickly it pumps up, and its water capacity remains the same.

Basic Overview.
The Classic 50 was by far the most popular Super Soaker of the classic set, however I never owned one before (I had an MDS). In it's day, it was the deadliest water pistol to roam the land (the first Watergun to break the 1oz/second barrier), but since this gun is a 1998 remake, it never had a prime. This gun is really only good for a Collectors item. If I was to say it had any use besides a doorstop, it would be a Sidearm, or a main weapon in smaller battles...

Suggested Use: Sidearm, Mantle Piece
