So now I'm announcing that the Next Generation of the Aqua-Nexus will come forth Sometime in January or February. Over the last 2 weeks, it has been quietly moving forward - however, quite slowly. But you can't rush art, and I want to make this a Good one before Spring-Summer 2001 begins. If you would like to suggest something for the next wave of Nex, feel free to Contact Me.
In other news, on December 20th 2001, iSoaker.com released the Newest Generation of the site, Changing both the Logo, as well as how the site is navigated and perceved. However, for those who dislike flash or don't have Flash 5 installed, there is an all new Text version of the Site. It's a Very nice new layout, but the Navigation Buttons are kinda small.
And here's something that hasn't been reported for a while... Things are beginning to bubble up in the C-WSL... I'll let you know just what when something comes of it, for the moment, I can say that it looks like 2001 will be a very interesting year.
Also new, Over the last week, Aquatica Club member WCChrisReid obtained a rare 2001 series soaker. He has supplied Scans of the New gun and of others found on it's box. Because I respect SuperSoaker.com and the right to secrecy of the new line, I won't name any soaker names or post any pictures until after release date, but the photos are in the Aquatica Yahoo Club Photo Gallery, so you can go there to see for yourself.
As for the New Soaker line on SuperSoaker.com, expected release date is Next Monday, New Years Day, when we'll get our first look at the Future of Soaking for 2001 (Although, it's not really a first look. I hate to seem pessemistic about the Preview, but Larami and SS.com have worked hard on the new line, just to have pictures of them pop up on the net before the Planned Release.)
