Illegal Conflict

One time, my brother and
I were home alone (our dad was at work and our Mom was bowling), and we
decided to test our Super Soakers and squirt guns(some of which worked
suprisingly well...). I found a little ball laying around and hit
my brother(Nate) in the head with it, setting the whole thing off.
Later, Nate was in the bathroom testing a squirt gun against the bathtub
wall. I came in, and he turned around and shot me.(It streaked my
shirt a little bit, but didn't do any real damage) I took a bath
towel and hit him over the head with it a few times, but got shot again.
Then I yelled, "OK, you want to play hardball? Fine!!!" With that,
I ran into my room, grabbed my NI-30, ran to my parents' room, and readied
my gun. When I was done, I ran to the bathroom that Nate was hiding
in. He opened the door to look out, and was welcomed by a blast to
the face and right shoulder. I forced my way in, got shot at, shot
Nate in the shirt, then ran into his room and held the door. He tried
to force entry, but he couldn't. I yelled at him to surrender, and
he did.
